Our Services

Manaaki Ora Trust delivers a range of health, social and education services utilising a kaupapa Māori approach. We oversee the largest Māori health workforce and service delivery footprint of a kaupapa Māori community-based provider in the Lakes DHB catchment area.

Manaaki Ora Family Harm Response – Rongomau i te whānau

Our team at Manaaki Ora are a part of a wider network that works closely with Police in reducing family harm in our communities. Our team may make contact with you to work with your whānau to provide a specialist response as well as navigate services or provide information to help your whānau to make positive changes, strengthen relationships and provide a safe place to live. A restorative whānau conference may be an appropriate first introduction to creating a pathway to peace for whānau. This intervention will not be time-framed, but be responsive to the needs of whānau.
