We use your feedback to improve our services. Whether you wish to submit a compliment, suggestion or complaint, we would like to hear from you.
Information for people submitting a complaint:
Please be sure to provide up to date contact details so we can respond. We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within five working days of the complaint being received and provide a more substantive response within 10 working days in accordance with Right 10 of the Code of Rights.
If you are not happy with our response you can:

Call 0800 11 22 33 to make a complaint with the Health and Disability Commissioner
